Sleeveless sheer dress with pleated skirt from Ali Ro

Off/winter white SILK dress with sheer top, attached black tank underneath, and black pleated bottom. There is a stretchy belt with gold magnetic closure. Five delicate gold buttons up the front and pleating on the chest area with a couple loose threads (shown in photo), and there is a slight tarnished area on the gold buckle. (See photo).
