@mocachase1 I’m going to do our best.  I’m ill and bedridden now but I’ve asked my ex-husband to come over and be in charge of that and I’ll stress that to him. Just FYI, when it came to me, it was not packed well and sort of folded down, but it came right back into shape immediately so that’s a great thing about this hat. Also, I will accept a return return if you end up not liking the hat, so don’t worry about a thing.
