Sascha Brastoff White Aztec Horse Art Pottery APB Mid Century Modern Sculpture This is a beautiful mid century California modern Sascha Brastoff white aztec horse. It is right in line with all the contemporary makers. Like, how much does this look like it was done by Jonathan Adler, who is definitely inspired by the mid 20th. Sascha Brastoff was a big deal in his time and his pieces are definitely coveted by collectors. But generally this sort of design is not what comes to mind when you think of him. To me that is what makes it so special. It is signed Sasha Brastoff, and has the bell ABP (american bisque procelains, inc) mark. It is in excellent condition free from chips, cracks and crazing.
