Vintage 70s Christian Dior nightgown. Silk or satin, I'm not sure. The original owner made some alterations which include a hook closure over the bust and a snap button closure to tighten the sleeves. There are some wrinkles under the arms as well. There is also a mothball smell. It's not heavy but it is there. See pictures.
