Vintage - Purple floral Printed Jacket size MP

Approximate measurements: Pit pit21” shoulder to bottom hem 23” pit to bottom cuff 16.5” I couldn’t figure out the size conversion It says 91-100-165 - if you know please tell me in the comments. I am a size 8, 5”3 and it fit me to a T! ( I might keep it if it doesn’t sell fast! I like it! The sewing in the buttons are a little loose. Check out the rose in the buttons!!
