For those times when you both do and do not want sleeves :) put the sleeve and neck-piece on as you wish, or keep it off. Black winter sleeveless dress ; comes with arm-neck coverup. Care instructions and material quality in photo. It's a size extra-small but I believe a size small can fit it just fine since the material is stretchy. The brand is Forever 21. There are no defects to either piece of clothing (that I can visibly see/notice at all). Both pieces of clothing are *solid black*; the last 3 photos are lightened up to better see clothing material and quality (per a request).
