No rips, tears. 1 large front slip pocket with 3 internal slip pockets and a D key holder. One front zipper pocket with internal slip pockets and pen slip pockets. One side hide away drink holder slip pocket with Velcro. One rear large slip pocket has very faint mark (see photos) with magnetic closure - has some pen marks in very bottom of pocket and a couple a very minor scuffs to fabric (see photos) magnetic closure has some wear but in good working condition. Strap is fully adjustable and in excellent condition - could be crossbody length or shoulder bag length. Interior: Clean. One zipper pocket, two zipper pockets. All zippers and closures in excellent working condition. Measurements (approx) 10.25” tall 13.5” wide 2.25” deep empty with room to expand. Strap drop as shown 14.75” with lots of room to lengthen right out and a few inches to shorten up some more. Comes from smoke free home.
