Custom small shop designer ballerinas and bullfrogs created this one of a kind little mermaid swing top. Flutter sleeves. You can wear as is or layer with a shirt underneath. Buttons in back. Loose fitting Worn once to the little mermaid play. Wrinkled from storage but otherwise in perfect condition! Paid much more! Line dried. No flaws.
