*NWT Vintage Anatomical Heart Graphic Pendant/ Silver Ribcage Necklace. Red, Turquoise, Antiqued Gold/ Anatomy of Breathe & Heart by Artist Susan M. Walls This is one unique necklace made of hand cast resin, vintage heart graphic, wood, lucite, glass and rock beads. I picked this up at a High-end Halloween Boutique a few years ago and have never worn it. It is so cool! The large pendant is an old heart anatomy illustration which says "INSIDE VIEW OF HEART". It has an outer antiqued gold frame which has been painted with a patina- see pics. It is then finished off with a clear, smooth and shiny finish of hand cast resin. Additional lines and sketches have been added to the upper surface of the finish. The bottom pendant is a three dimensional silver plated ribcage (silver is lead and cadmium free, either rhodium finish or pewter and should be cleaned with a silver cleaning cloth). The back clasps additionally has a hanging bobble to add further adornment. Measures 16" at it's shortest adjustment and almost 20" fully extended-see last pic for tape measurement.
