The tops are clear & include: Model 634-2 x 2 634-7 None listed x 2 634-3 Top flip tops are clear & include models 629-7 629-5 629-3 629-10 629-4 629-6 They measure: (in inches since everyone loses their mind when I use metric) height 3.75 or 3¾ inches bottom diameter 1.5 or 1½ inches top diameter 2⅓" top circumference 7" bottom circumference 6" middle circumference 6.5 or 6½ inches top is ⅔rds of an in tall on its own tiny cover is 1¼" in diameter I added some photos to show them.
