This dress is honestly just a total dream. Homemade. Fitted bodice and high hips with baby blue piping detail. Bust is gathered with a ruffled neckline with elastic in the neck. This means it can be worn off the shoulders. Flared skirt. Pale apricot / cream plaid. Condition: Great! The zipper is a little sticky, but works fine. Otherwise perfect.
