are there any issues with its shape or any marks?

@katecatlin no problem with the shape, the unstructured woven neoprene tends to be slouchy, but the shape has not changed since I’ve purchased it. I have stored it flat as recommended so there may be a temporary crease at the fold line which should relax with use, but I don’t think it’s misshapen the bag.

As for the marks, I’ll add another photo of the inside bottom. I don’t think it’s a big deal, but it may come out naghedi suggests as follows:
We suggest spot cleaning with mild, color safe soap or gentle detergent diluted in water. A magic eraser works great on tougher stains. Machine washing is not recommended. After spot cleaning, lay flat to dry; never machine dry or dry clean.
