As you can see from the photos, it has a gold metallic square on the top. I couldn’t find another one like it online. Every other one has a gold design. It is delicate, but is still in working condition when you pop the button. On the inside it says Les must de Cartier Paris. On the rear outside bottom it says Swiss made, and on the bottom, it says Cartier in gold. It is definitely a piece of Cartier history.
