Domestically sourced heirloom non-GMO open pollinated seeds - you’ll receive 20 pods of seeds of this perennial favorite - most pods have more than 2 seeds. They bloom all Spring in pink bleeding heart flowers. The pictures show what it will grow to look like. If it’s happy where you plant it, they can get quite large like a small shrub (see photo). They will come up looking like the last photo but leaf out as time goes by. Give two feet all around where you plant it, eventually it will fill in. An early bloomer for the bees, and it will grow in shade! Likes moist soil- it even grows in clay soil. Leaves start to dry and turn golden before dying back in extreme summer heat but these will then come back the next Spring from the roots so you can cut back the green when it starts looking scraggly. I will send pods from my own farm so you know it’s not some other plant. Small black seeds are the size of a mustard grain. Plant them now (fall/winter) so they establish and come up next Spring!
