The purchaser of this bag wanted to return the bag because she said the size was the problem. I told her the measurements were posted and returns will not be processed because she changed her mind! I advised to get Poshmark involved. She was ignoring me, so I blocked her to prevent her from buying anything else from my store. Then she claims I cheated her and didn't involve a Poshmark agent.
