SHR & Simmons stainless steel cross necklace with small diamonds in each corner

Great looking, a bold black cross in the center of the solid stainless steel body. I can’t verify but the diamonds in each corner could be real (others from this designer line list real gemstones), tiny but add a bit of luxury to this cross. Very good used condition. Small scratches, difficult to see unless you look closely.
