NWOT!! Black dress blouse. Features ruffled neckline with buttons on the back (see picture). Super cute and could be dressed up more with dress slacks or dressed down with some jeans! Tag states size Large however I tried it on and I would say it fit more true to a medium/small. Pictures with and without flash.
