Vintage 1960s Blue Velvet Pillbox Hat Charming robins egg blue velvet pillbox hat from the 1960s. Taller at the front of the head than the back. More minty green colored birdcage veil on the top. Grosgrain ribbon and mesh base inside. 20.5" round the inside. Excellent vintage condition. Some very minor smudges round the inside grosgrain band, maybe a few scuffs to the velvet.
