Floral Cream/White Tulle Lace Embroidered Peplum Floaty Puff-Sleeves Top

Ems Excite Vouloir, size medium (measurements below), excellent preowned like-new condition, no flaws to note. This is such a sweet top that I bought for myself in a local upscale secondhand boutique, but I just can't pull off peplum no matter how much I want to! I think it’s originally from a Japanese fashion brand, but I couldn’t find a lot of information about it in English—since it’s obviously not in the brand options, I felt like it might fit best with the Anthropologie aesthetic. Just wanted to note that for clarity. White/Cream stretchy fabric with a connected tulle overlay with white embroidered flowers and small, muted green leaves to draw attention to them. The elastic waist stretches easily and comfortably, and the bottom two inches or so float airily away with a small tulle overhang to emphasize the trimming along the hem that creates a scalloped effect (see image five, but also the flat lays at the beginning and the end). The short puffed sleeves add to its romantic, delicate aesthetic without being too overbearing. While I can’t read Japanese, I'm going to guess that this is 100% polyester. Measurements Pit to pit: 21” Length: ~22” Waistband: ~15.5” (laid flat, elasticized so this is very subjective)
