misspuffscloset hey! it looks like these are actually a Kids size 6, which is a Women's 8. The K at the end of the serial number on the tag indicates "kids size". A Women's size 6 would be a UK 4. Just wanted to give you a heads up before someone buys it and they don't fit! :)
