Anything beside the pen spot? Is it bad and how is the inside bottom any curling if leather ? No rips tears or stains? Piping good? Thank you for being so helpful

No other stains, just that one ink spot. and no tears. Its in good condition. It was in my mother-in-law's closet. We found it when we were cleaning her house. The bottom is sagging a bit as you can see in the photo from storage.
