Adorable size medium sleeveless blouse with cross stitching, and fringe

This is super cute and received as a gift. This is a size medium with cross stitching down the front, not printed actually stitched in an adorable fringe around the hemline. This has darts in the front and is 19 inches across the bus line pit to pit this is 23 inches from the top of the shoulder to the hemline not including the fringe, sadly this just does not fit “the girls” Imagine how adorable this would look with a Jean jacket. This would be the perfect multi seasonal piece sleeveless for summer and the warmer months and adorable under a jacket for the cooler months.
