Can you tell me is this a heavy weight jacket or on the lighter side? Is the blue in picture pretty true or is it a lighter wash? Would you say it fits like a true large ? Thank you

This jacket fits true to size with some stretch and is not what I consider a heavy weight jacket. I will add another close picture for color but monitor/screen can sometimes change the look.
