@kimp61 I just discovered my wife is a size 7.5 (Who knew?), but wears a size 8 in winter with thick socks. She was wearing 8s just now when she came home. These boots fit her fine, with some room to spare. So I would say they run true, but if anything a little on the large side. Hope this helps.
