ebony_mcmath @christineschu The bag was replaced in 2021 Full vachetta replacement. The handbag has been worn a few times. If you look into the pictures you can see that the drawstring is turnt inside out and you will see some pictures where the drawstring is the same color of the vachetta.

jen5779 @ebony_mcmath part of the leather ripped because I got the strap caught on a door (😭) and the online rep is asking for a copy of the leather replacement or original receipt since it’s not in my history.

ebony_mcmath @jen5779 The receipt I have has what was repaired and price paid but it does not have the original date code of the bag on it. I have a picture of the original date code that was sent to LV. Once those pictures are sent they approve for you to send your piece in for repair to them. I doubt if LV list on their repair receipt the original date code was because mines doesn’t have it.
