Suttles & Seawinds Wool Embroidered Quilted Pancho Pull Over Sweater Sz M in excellent condition. Hand crafted piece from Vicki Lynn Bardon, a Nova Scotia designer. This piece is crafted from wool with quilted dove embroidered detailing. It’s a pull over poncho style. The sleeves are 3/4. Pretty layered with a long sleeve top underneath. Vicki helped initiate the international revival of quilt making by founding Suttles & Seawinds to provide employment for rural woman. This appears to be one of her earlier creations.
