Emily Just Emily 1960s Wrap Skirt Black Red Appliqued Flowers Size Small Vtg

Skirt has pockets and two belt loops in the front for attached wrap around ties. True vintage. Purchased from an estate sale full of clothing from the 40s, 50s and 60s. I couldn't find any care tags or size tag. The appliqued flowers may have been added by the previous owner. When flat, skirt measures 13.5" straight across waist, 19" across hips and 25" in length. You can tighten or loosen the skirt somewhat as it is a true wrap around skirt.
