Jessica’s Gunnies Long Skirt with Pockets size 9

1970s Jessica Gunnies cotton calico print high waisted maxi skirt velveteen on waistband with satin ribbon trim prairie boho festival style. Rear Zipper. Has pockets!! Approx 40" Length Waist to Hem Tag says 9 but seems smaller especially in waist. Please refer to last photo -inside is some fraying at the waistband, but it does not seem to appear to affect the zipper functionality or wearability. Would benefit from a good airing out & ironing if desired- it has been in storage for a while.
