This is a brand new with tags Black vacation dress by Vixen by Micheline Pitt. Size 2x. Still on sale on their site for $142. This dress is from an online sample sale and I have included the note from Vixen about its flaws. It has the run they have noted (which I can’t find honestly) and it does not include a belt. It’s otherwise brand new and in excellent condition it is just too small on me.
