PTP is 22" flat. Jack B Quick has Santa practicing with one of the reindeer to get ready for the big night on this Christmas sweater. This is from my own collection and I only wore once last year. I live in the southern tip of Texas and it was just too warm for me especially when the temperatures get up into the 80s so time to move onto a new home where somebody can really enjoy wearing this!! the material is Ramey, cotton, rayon, and acrylic. Hand wash!! the embroidery and crocheting or knitting is gorgeous! I don't know what you would call it. It is absolutely stunning on this sweater. I received many compliments.!! I am a medium, and this fit me very well.
