White and Blue Embroidered Women’s Dress Size Large

Beautiful, comfortable and very flattering on. I am 5’4” and this is just a tad past my knee for length. Exterior is a beautiful sheer white with embroidered details. Interior is a white lining that’s comfortable. Spaghetti straps not adjustable. Only worn one time. In excellent condition.
