This coat is so soft for a puffer, not stiff or uncomfortable to wear. Hidden snaps and front zip that works smoothly. This item is new with tags but does have minor spots as shown where there is factory defective stitching on one part, and there is a small spot/rub on the back of an arm closer towards the armpit and a small spot by the inner snaps but all of these are minimal and overall the coat still looks new.
