Selling my used Alden Boots in Chrome Excel. The same style and brand of boot worn by Indians Jones (hence the boots nickname Indy!) These are officially the 403 Mocc Toe Boot (Brown Chromexcel). Worn in beautifully. Selling because it turns out I'm not a size 9.5, I'm a size 10.5 😂😭 Plenty of years left in them, and I've gotten many compliments. All Alden Shoes and Boots are crafted using a Goodyear Welt construction, and feature a tempered steel shank under the arch of the foot. The steel shank provides superior support and comfort throughout the day. Handcrafted in New England of the finest domestic and imported materials

andrewtcollier Here’s what I’m wondering: these are 9’s according to the label. You say you’re a 10.5, but you’ve been stuffing your feet in these for long enough to wear the heels to the point of needing replacement. How much and in what directions has that stretched the upper? It seems like these might be completely stretched out of shape.

caseyjoe203 @andrewtcollier yeah my feet got weirdly bigger, I honestly have no idea why. these are 9s. I got these back in like 2013/14. i am now a 10.5/11. i read it may because I do a lot of BJJ

caseyjoe203 @andrewtcollier imagine how I felt after spending $1000+ on various boots. to be fair I also put on 50lbs since 2013 so that could be a big factor, lol

caseyjoe203 @andrewtcollier oh I realize I never answered your question. The upper isn't stretched out at all man. My foot wasn't mashed in there all those years. I didn't wear these much unless I went out. The boot is in great condition.
