UNIVERSAL THREAD, purple floral tunic w/ puffy, long sleeves & smocking.Sz L NWT

Universal Thread brand, Boho style,purple tunic with yellow, lavender, and white floral print. It has puffed, long sleeves and is smocked in alternating rows with pleats for the top 2/3 of the shirt.The bottom 1/3 is pleated and ruffled. The sleeves are smocked at the 1/2 wat point and wrist. ending in a ruffled opening at wrists. The back features a buttoned key hole. NWT, but has a tiny flaw near the front of left armpit (see photos for details). Approximate measurements: -14" from shoulder to shoulder - 19" from pit to pit -27" sleeves -25" in length
