Introduced December 1993 -- Retired December 1996 This house/building is in excellent condition in the original box. No chips, cracks, or indication of misuse or abuse. The original flimsy cardboard sleeve and Styrofoam has some wear and writing, but the piece(s) looks as good as the day purchased. I have LOTS of other Dept 56 Village decorative items that I am going to be listing. PLEASE NOTE: Many of my items come from various sources and thus their history may be unknown.
