Beautiful sheer chiffon floral top from Zara Woman. It has accents of black lace ruffles down the front on both sides as well as around the high neck collar. The sleeves have a fantastic fullness to them and a unique tie at the cuffs instead of a button. It also ties closed at the back of the neck.
