J R Nites Caliendo Black Velvety Crop Jacket Dress

Lovely Mother of the bride, Event or formal Little black dress (or little navy dress) - very dark - color looks to be black in the photos, but depending upon the light, I'm having trouble deciding if this is black or a very dark navy. Buy with this in mind, I'm 99% certain it's black, but could be blue Embellished w/floral like sequins & rectangle bits, Velvet like material, dress is clean, but recommend you dry clean again because of the tendency of fabric to collect lint
