New w/o tags Toddler Formal Dress

Creamy dress with sheer overlay, and detail at neckline. Bought for a cruise but the kid didn’t want to dress up…new never worn, needs a good steam :). Can read yellow but it’s more cream than yellow. Size 110, fits 5/6 in little kids.
