Hi. Question, is the fabric of the vest a soft material?
I'm not sure how old the vest is, but sometimes apparel or outerwear made by North Face gets a crackly sound and feel with age. Also, by the look of the flaws the material has started to peel somewhat, which usually happens when apparel made of such material has been stored folded for long periods. Would you consider that to be the case with this particular vest style?
