These pants are in very good condition and they come a smoke free home. The fabric is 75% rayon, 21% nylon and 4% spandex. They have a lot of stretch to them. They are Chico’s size 3, which is equivalent to a size 16. The inseam measures 28 inches, the rise is 11 inches, the leg opening is 7 inches across and when you lay them out flat, the waistband measures 19 1/2 inches across and stretches to 23 1/2 inches across.
