jmdecast @gotrump haha so in the mornings I use a juicer and make grapefruit juice and I’ll have a plain Greek yogurt - lunch will be light, usually a protein shake and dinner I just kinda have whatever is in my house but I’ve been eating a lot of “Kevin’s” lately it’s like these premade frozen meals they’re keto or whatever but they sell them at Costco, Publix and Target. I loveeeee Kevin’s
