Upper is both waterproof and seam sealed rubber construction. Inner sock is 2.5mm bonded felt and Frost protected. Outsole is hand crafted waterproof vulcanized rubber shell w/herringbone ribbed outersole. Heel is 1.5" high and platform sole is 3/4". Shaft height is 12". , circumference is approx 14" - 15" with 52" laces for adjustability. EUC. No rips, tears or stains. Very clean inside and out. Only worn a few times.
