Halter neck with a removable bra strap, can also be worn strapless...if you dare! 2 pockets at thighs with sheer side panels, underwire, wide, bra strap with hook & eye closure. Marked sz8, but fits smaller like a 6! Could possibly be a 8, but I find the bra strap a bit short, so it might not accommodate a wider torso. Here are the approx measurements: Chest - 13.5" (on last hook, but there's a bit of stretch) Waist - 14" Length - 25" (above knee) GUC Timeless, LBD as seen on Amanda Bynes / Khloe Kardashian in the early-2000s.
