Vintage Century of Boston skirt

Vintage Century of Boston cotton skirt. The second photo shows the ribbon patterned of the skirt. The third shows a significant rip that I repaired. The fourth shows a place where the threads of the sheer section separated (3 or 4 of these). No size label. Waist is 13”, skirt is 28” long. Very full at bottom — would look great with a petticoat!
