VTG 1970s Accordion Halter Dress with Floral Detail, XS, Party, Vacation

Vintage 1970s Party Dress Size XS or 2, based on measurements. Could not quite zip all the way up on my size 4 mannequin. Approximate masurements: Length: 43" Bust: 16" Waist: 14" Color: green Empire style dress with Pleated / Trapeze style skirt Material is a stretchy knit/jersey; has slight sheen Halter neckline with straps Floral detail at neck Union tag/made in USA I think this dress wouldn't wrinkle much and would travel well Smoke & pet free home NOTE: Tiny black pen marks on skirt: please see the final photo.  These fall into the folds and would not be easily noticed.
