City Chic Black Maxi Boho Dress

Reposhing this item I purchased from @pacnorthbestie. Love love looove it but it was too long on me. I removed the tags and washed it. I went to get it shortened but the alterations place wanted $80!! I said no thank you. I bought this dress to wear to a holiday party but ended up wearing something else. It's such a great dress!!!
