It measures 22 inches and from the shoulder to the bottom of the back scene it measures 24 inches from the shoulder scene to the cup it measures 24 1/2 inches. This comes from a non-smoking, toy, poodle friendly home. Lying flat the chest measures 21 inches from the shoulder to the bottom of the front seam.
