You will love this Loro Piana jacket! I think it's fabulous for male or female. Chest measures 48". Overall length is 32.5". I did not know that this item came with a hood, but there are buttons under the collar. I don't have the hood. You might consider a wool or cashmere scarf which always looks so incredibly attractive!
