Purchased from hot topic in the early 90s. It’s a size small it has adjustable straps or the straps can be taken off to be worn strapless. The safety pins are only in there because I had to pull it tighter when I was a teenager back in the day only defect is slight pulling on the bows (pictured)other than that it’s in excellent condition for its age.
