Vintage Lorac Original Blouson Belted Sheer Striped Dress-Size 14- New Old Stock

Black and light tan striped dress. Blousan style top with elbow length sleeves. Fitted waist and upper hip with a belt. The top is lined, while the skirt is not and is sheer. Sash tie at the neck. Shoulder pads. New old stock. The hook closure at the back of the neck may need to be resewn. Please see photos. Store tag states the size is 14W Chest (flat across) ~ 21" Length ~ 46"
